One-year programs
All programs are one year and include a Core curriculum, with add-ons.
The Core curriculum is designed to move the client along the stages of weight management.
Add-ons include: intensive health coaching, CBT for mood and relationship management, yoga therapy, hypnotherapy, personalized medicine and risk factors tracking, rpm, meal replacements, other health products.
Individual Coaching Program
Fully personalized. Go at your own pace. Focus on topics of importance to you. Choose between the different modalities of interaction (video, phone, text, remote monitoring) that best fit your goals.
Group Coaching Program
Comprehensive curriculum. Goal tracking. Group projects. Communication and socializing.
